The plates have a white ground with a slightly scalloped edge and gold along the edges. They have a yellow verge at the center and the borders of the plates have gadrooning and colorful flowers with green leaves. They are marked on the back "COUTURE COLLECTION FINE PORCELAIN STYLED BY MIKASA AVONDALE M 6015 JAPAN". They are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or wear.
